Lighthouse is a photographic darkroom and print studio based in Finsbury Park, North London. We offer bespoke black and white darkroom printing and processing, archival inkjet prints, scanning and file preparation for publication. It is run by Mike Crawford; specialist printer and photographer. We also work closely with Photobook publishers on limited print editions in traditional Silver Gelatin and Digital.
Our client’s work has been exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery, Photographers’ Gallery, Science Museum, Paris Photo, Format Festival and Les Recontres d'Arles Festival amongst many other galleries and festivals. The lab was founded in 1988 by renowned photographer, the late Christopher Joyce and Jonathan de Villiers. Mike has been running the company since 1993 and prints for a wide variety of leading photographers, artists, publishers and galleries.
